Moss Diary

Kept by S. Wren

The north wall of the churchyard holds five kinds of moss if you are willing to kneel. I am willing.

Rain on Tuesday, a dry wind on Thursday. The cushion moss darkened and then went matte, like a well-used coat.

I am not cataloguing. I am learning the same fifty yards until they feel like a room.

Three rings: were, are, going. What is Circlet?
